🌿 Ingredients
Here’s a solid base salad anyone can enjoy:
2 cups mixed greens (lettuce, spinach, arugula, etc.).
1 cucumber, sliced.1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved.
½ red onion, thinly sliced.
1 avocado, diced.
¼ cup feta cheese (or your favorite cheese).
Handful of croutons or nuts (like almonds or walnuts).
🧄 For the Dressing (super easy):
3 tbsp olive oil.
1 tbsp lemon juice or vinegar.1 tsp honey or maple syrup.
½ tsp Dijon mustard (optional).
Salt & pepper to taste.
